Ms Violette is pretty as a picture in this adorable ensemble. The chocolate-box, kitschy, puppy-in-a-basket print on this sweet, vintage cotton skirt is refreshingly charming. The skirt is complimented by a simple, old-fashioned creamy shirt. The cut-out lace detail of the collar adds a soft girly touch to the look, and visually balances the weight of the skirt. I love this kind of outfit worn with a pair of neat little ankle boots or sandshoes to add some pump to the retro effect. Schweet! 19 year old Violette studies fashion, but is realising her true passion is for writing. She is learning French and would like to study creative writing overseas.
